Privacy policy

This page describes what RedFox Stay collects when you submit a request on the website or continue in the dedicated lead Telegram bot.

We receive your name, contact details, stay dates, guest count, selected property and message. To understand the request source, we also keep the first page, the external referrer origin (scheme and domain without a path), UTM tags and your optional answer about how you found us. We do not keep the full external address, its parameters or your browsing history. The Telegram link does not include your name, phone number or message — only an opaque identifier.

We use this data so a manager can answer your housing request. We do not sell it. The record is deleted when the retention period ends.
